Following a planned, solvent wind-down of our operations, DEK-CO (UK) Ltd has voluntarily cancelled its Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) authorisation.

If you held an outstanding account balance with DEK-CO (UK) Ltd that was not redeemed prior to the closure of our platform, your funds remain fully protected under a secure, long-term indemnity structure and are available for you to claim.

To guarantee the absolute safety of consumer funds, the Firm has established a dedicated, ring-fenced indemnity pool. You remain legally entitled to claim the full principal value of your remaining balance.

How to Claim Your Funds

To reclaim your outstanding balance, please submit a payout request to our dedicated administration team. To process your claim securely, you will need to provide:

  • Your full name and former account details (if known).
  • A valid copy of your government-issued photo ID (Passport or Driving License) for identity verification.
  • Proof of your current address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months).
  • Bank details for the account where you wish the funds to be transferred.
